  • The artist will not draw: pornography, certain fetishes, full nudity, furries, realism, or highly intricate designs and details. The artist is allowed to turn down any request that they cannot fulfill or anything that makes them uncomfortable.

  • The artist will begin work when the commission invoice is paid in full.

  • The customer is allowed to ask for updates and in-progress images as well as corrections or alterations. More than 4 alterations will result in a price increase of 5 USD. The customer will be notified when they reach 4 alteration requests. This is to ensure the artist will be compensated for added labor.

  • The artist will give in-progress images for each stage of the creation process for customer approval before moving forward. Stages include the sketch, line art, and color.

  • When commission is completed, the customer can repost their commission on their own accounts as long as this artist’s website or social media is linked.

  • HOWEVER: If the artist is uncomfortable with the content, the customer will be asked to not repost the commission publicly. The customer will be allowed to share the commission in private channels.

  • When purchasing an adoptable, all ownership will be transferred to the customer, however, the artist must still be credited as the original designer and linked back to artist’s social media or website.

  • When purchasing an adoptable, the customer is allowed to alter the character’s appearance and attributes (like gender and sexuality), except for skin tone and drastic changes that make the character unrecognizable to the original design.

  • Customer is not allowed to alter the commission or use in AI art generators or use artwork for commercial use unless agreed upon between the artist and customer.

  • The artist reserves their right to keep the commission in their professional portfolio or used for self-promotion. The customer can request for their commission to not be used for the artist’s self-promotion.

  • Failure to adhere to the terms will result in the artist requesting the customer to cease prohibited actions and correct mistakes. If the customer fails to correct mistakes, the customer will be prohibited from commissioning this artist again.
